DELIVERIES

Archer Larder deliveries are available between 7am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Orders outside of these times are available with consultation with our friendly staff. 

Please email chat@archerlarder.com.au for alternatives and outside delivery time charges. Minimum of $200 delivery orders for Monday to Friday.

Saturday orders are available however must meet the $300 minimum food and beverage order. Delivery times are between 8am and 11:30am. Saturday delivery charge of $80 applies for areas that would otherwise be free and areas outside the free zone will be charged as per zone charges.

Orders are to be placed by 12pm the business day prior. If for a Monday order, then by 12pm on the Friday prior. 

​

Items are subject to change with availability of produce. We will endeavour to communicate this to you on ordering.

All prices listed are excluding GST.

Charges will be subject to the decision of Archer Larder.

 

CANCELLATIONS

24 hrs prior (1 business day)- no refund.

48hrs prior (2 business days)- 50% of total catering order.

Outside of these terms Archer Larder can either keep 25% charge or keep the amount in credit for a future order.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

If Archer Larder is unable to provide catering services due to unforeseen events beyond Archer Larders control. We will not be held account on non-delivery, costs, damages, or expenses that you may suffer and incur as a result

FOOD ALLERGIES & REACTIONS TO FOOD

Whilst all food safety standards are adhered to by Archer Larder to make sure there is no cross contamination of food and beverages, and that food is clearly labelled. 

 

We offer a range of food that is allergen friendly please choose the amount and these will be separately packaged and labelled. Gluten Free (gf), Dairy Free (df), vegetarian (v), vegan (vg).  

 

If you require changes to sandwiches in the “boxed sandwiches range to be more vegetarian/vegan” please specify in the notes section.

Archer Larder is not able to guarantee that any item may be 100% free of all traces of dairy, nuts, gluten, egg & egg products, seafood, and other products that may produce allergic reactions in people. 

​

We do not take responsibility of allergic or intolerance reactions to foods that have been consumed. 

Please take care when providing food to guests that may have severe allergies that they are separate to other foods that may be cross contaminated by your guests on open buffets/tables. Please contact the office on chat@archerlarder.com.au for further information and instruction.

For ease of preparation please provide a safe list of foods for guests with severe allergies so our chefs can prepare suitable menus.
